Montebalito plans boutique hotel in El Cotillo
The Spanish property group Montebalito has announced plans to develop a 14-room boutique hotel in the town of El Cotillo on the island of Fuerteventura, as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the Canary Islands.
Facilities and location
The developer has confirmed that the future hotel will feature a restaurant, swimming pool, solarium and rooftop terrace, and will be located in the area of Playa del Muelle Chico, one of the most iconic spots in the municipality. The proposal embraces a meticulously curated boutique concept, where the architecture, location and guest experience will coexist in harmony with the natural surroundings and the unique character of El Cotillo.
Strategic position near Corralejo
The company highlighted the project’s strategic position, situated just a few kilometres from Corralejo, one of the main tourist hubs in the Canary Islands. This comes at a time of growing demand from both domestic and international travellers for smaller accommodation options that offer greater privacy and more personalised services.
Montebalito states that this establishment is part of its ongoing strategy to promote high-quality real estate and tourism projects across the Canary Islands.
