Binter and the Cantabrian tourism promotion agency Cantur held a networking event in Tenerife to promote the direct air link between the Canary Islands and Santander. Around 100 representatives from 25 travel agencies attended the session, which highlighted the strengths of Cantabria as a destination. The meeting reinforced the role of travel agents as key influencers in designing personalised tourist experiences.

Tenerife’s museum service has approved new rules allowing companion animals into its centres for a three-month trial. The initiative, described as a first for indoor museums in Spain, aims to create more accessible and inclusive cultural spaces.
