Weather disruption at Tenerife Norte airport
Adverse weather conditions recorded this Wednesday at Tenerife Norte-Ciudad de La Laguna Airport (TFN) have forced the diversion of five flights to Tenerife Sur Airport (TFS), according to Aena. The affected services originated from Sevilla, Madrid, Lanzarote, La Palma and Gran Canaria, and were unable to complete their landing at Tenerife Norte due to the meteorological situation in the area. As a result, they were diverted to the airport on the southern side of the island.
