Film screening at TEA: ‘Enzo’ in original French

TEA Tenerife Espacio de las Artes is screening Enzo this weekend at 7pm, a coming-of-age drama directed by Robin Campillo and co-written with Laurent Cantet and Gilles Marchand. First presented at the Cannes Film Festival’s Quinzaine des Cinéastes in 2025, the film was conceived as a tribute to Cantet’s socially engaged cinema. Cantet passed away before completing the project, and Campillo took over to finish his vision. The film blends classic coming-of-age themes — teenage rebellion, the search for meaning and tensions between social classes — with a fresh take on human connections, personal freedom and inner transformation. Eloy Pohu, Élodie Bouchez and Pierfrancesco Favino lead the cast. The film is shown in its original French version with Spanish subtitles.
