Tenerife’s El Jeito Wows with Creative Breakfast Sandwiches

El Jeito: La Esperanza’s Breakfast Sensation

Many restaurants in Tenerife win acclaim for their exceptional dinner service and dishes. However, some establishments are also conquering hearts with their breakfasts. This is certainly the case for El Jeito, a venue in La Esperanza that continues to charm its customers with its gastronomic offerings. The content creators behind @guachinchesmodernos were already familiar with its meals but recently returned to sample its morning menu. “We had already tried their food, and now we couldn’t miss their new breakfasts. They have unusual sandwiches you won’t find anywhere else,” they commented.

The Secret Lies in Originality

The key to these breakfasts is the originality of their creations. El Jeito offers innovative proposals that surprise with both their ingredients and presentation. Furthermore, one aspect that makes a real difference and renders each sandwich unique is its bread: 100% organic ‘pan de cristal’ made from sourdough by Mario Bakes.

Standout Creations on the Menu

Among the options, “el ajeitado” stands out. It features slow-cooked pork with smoked goat’s cheese and crispy diced bacon, seasoned with a traditional chimichurri and a red mojo mayonnaise, plus red onion and fresh tomato. “This isn’t just any sandwich, and it’s not just any bread,” they assure. During their visit, they also tried “el Luiso”, a sandwich filled with pulled goat meat, caramelised pickles, red onion, and cheddar sauce. “I love that this place is now doing breakfasts; before it was only lunch and dinner. They have really impressive sandwiches,” highlights Jonay.

A Sneak Peek at a New Classic

Additionally, the establishment offered them a taste of a sandwich that “they might soon add to the menu”: a version of the classic pork loin and cheese sandwich, done their way. This creation contains a sweet Majorcan sobrasada mayonnaise, panko-breaded pork loin, and melted Gouda cheese—a traditional sandwich taken to another level. It is now available for anyone wishing to enjoy this combination.

Practical Information and Acclaim
