Landmar Hotels has been recognised as one of the best companies to work for in Spain after being included in the national Best Workplaces 2026 ranking, compiled by Great Place to Work® España. The company achieved 11th place in the category for organisations with 501 to 1,000 employees, standing as the only hotel chain present in this category of the national ranking.

This accolade places Landmar Hotels among the country’s most highly regarded organisations based on their teams’ experience and strengthens the presence of Canary Islands-based companies within a nationwide classification. The Best Workplaces ranking annually recognises companies with the best work environments, based on their employees’ perceptions and an analysis of their organisational culture.

Employee Feedback Drives Prestigious Recognition

For this edition, Great Place to Work® analysed 473 companies of various sizes and sectors, incorporating the opinions of 431,221 workers, making it the most extensive edition to date. In the case of Landmar Hotels, the recognition stems directly from the experience and evaluation of the people who form part of the company.

The firm obtained a Trust Index score of 76 points, while 84% of its workforce states that Landmar Hotels is an excellent place to work. Among the study’s most notable figures, 88% of surveyed employees said they feel proud to say they work for Landmar Hotels, 86% stated they want to continue working at the company for a long time, and 81% would recommend it to family and friends as an excellent workplace. Furthermore, 88% consider the service the company offers its clients to be excellent.
