A unique hotel with a Canarian heart has opened in Senegal with a mission to tackle illiteracy. Run by Tenerife’s El Buen Samaritano Foundation, the Baobab Hotel-School will use its tourism income to fund vocational training and literacy programmes, aiming to provide a future for Senegalese youth and address the root causes of migration.
