Monday: trade winds and a calm Atlantic across the Islands
The week starts with a classic trade wind setup. Morning cloud cover in northern areas clears by midday, leaving mostly clear skies elsewhere. Temperatures remain pleasant, with a slight dip inland. The ocean is calm, with waves around 1 to 1.5 metres on northern and exposed coasts, and under a metre in sheltered southern areas.
General conditions
Moderate trade winds across the board, with stronger intervals on exposed slopes, particularly the southeast and northwest. Gran Canaria could see very strong gusts exceeding 70 km/h in the west and southeast. The Atlantic remains manageable: a combined swell from the north affects northern coasts and channels between islands, with waves around 1 to 1.5 metres. Southern shores stay much calmer, with waves barely reaching one metre.

In the capital, expect 20°C to 23°C.
Lanzarote
Cloudy intervals in the north and west, tending to mostly clear. Rest of the island mostly clear or clear. Moderate trade winds, picking up inland during the afternoon. Temperatures range from 19°C to 25°C in Arrecife.
Fuerteventura
