La Pantera joins Summer Pop Tenerife line-up
The artist will be one of the main attractions at a day featuring more than six hours of live music and a strong representation of the Canary Islands music scene. Her addition comes at one of the most high-profile moments of her career and will see her share a bill with Lucho RK once again in front of an island audience. The pair have recently worked together on Tá Fácil, a project featuring tracks including Bane, Tócate sola, Inestable and Pinky Promise 2. Their presence on the same line-up is shaping up to be one of the festival’s biggest draws, although organisers have not yet confirmed whether they will perform together.
La Pantera has become one of the most recognisable names among the new generation of urban artists to emerge from the Canary Islands. Her contribution to the remix of Cayó la noche marked a turning point in a career that has since continued to grow with new projects, collaborations and concerts both within the Islands and further afield. Her sound blends reggaeton, trap and other urban influences, with constant references to her Gran Canaria roots.
Festival highlights
In Tenerife, she will share the bill with Lucho RK, whose name is also enjoying a standout moment after reaching the top of the LOS40 chart this summer alongside Lola Índigo with El bachatón de la L. The festival will feature established artists, leading figures in urban music and fresh names from the Canary Islands and national scene.
The announced line-up includes: La Pantera, Lucho RK, Ruslana, Álvaro de Luna, Leire Martínez, Danny Romero, Locoplaya, Dellacruz, Lewis Potter, Playacoco, Postcode, Mel Ömana, Melania and Fátima Falcón. The event will be hosted by Tony Aguilar, one of the best-known voices on LOS40.
