He also opted for the large Inferno Focaccia (€11), featuring ‘nduja spicy spread, Porchetta, roasted aubergine, and fresh rocket. “They make their Porchetta themselves on the premises,” he notes in his video review.

Another choice was the large Carbonara Focaccia (€12), with carbonara cream, crispy guanciale, and Pecorino Romano cheese. “Everything is homemade and done just like in Italy itself,” he assures. Finally, he tried the Tricolore Brioche (€9), with spicy spianata salami, stracciatella cheese, and rocket.

For those with a sweet tooth, trying the homemade brioche with pistachio cream and whipped cream is essential. “It’s absolutely incredible, without a doubt one of the best I’ve tried on the entire island,” he states.
