A Family with a Passion for Discovery
We’re Marysia, Marcin, Adam, and Rafał – a Polish family living on Tenerife, which is either very lucky or the result of some questionable decision-making that worked out brilliantly. We started writing about our travels because we couldn’t find guides honest enough to tell us that a ‘family-friendly’ attraction might still have 47 steps and no shade. So we wrote our own
Every place we recommend, we visited with our boys. Every restaurant passed through two junior food critics (one adventurous, one deeply suspicious of anything green). Every trail was judged on whether it ended in something worth the climb.

Every recommendation comes from personal experience. We visit places with our kids, argue about whether it was worth the queue, and write down the honest verdict – not the version that makes the brochure look good.

Our guides go beyond the obvious. We care about parking, stroller access, where the toilets actually are, and whether the café near the entrance is worth it. The details that matter when you’re travelling with children.

We live on Tenerife and travel often – which means we’re constantly checking whether what we wrote still holds. Opening hours change. Places close. Better spots open. We try to keep up.

Family-Tested
Travelling with two boys means we’ve stress-tested most things. If something works when one kid needs the toilet and the other is hungry and it’s raining – it works. That’s the standard we write to.
